What if the bulk color differs from sample?
If the difference exceeds acceptable tolerance, we will:

Can I mix multiple small styles to reach MOQ?
Sorry, a minimum order quantity of 50 pieces one color one style is already a very small order.

Can I pay the balance after receiving goods?
This option is only available for:
  • • Credit insurance/escrow agreements.
Generally, payment must be completed before shipping.

Do you offer drop-shipping?
Yes. We can ship to your B2C customers, provided you have purchased sufficient inventory to keep with our company. The cost depends on the service level and the volume of goods.

Why is the shipping fee higher than expected?
Because watches + boxes are heavy. Shipping cost depends on:

Can I adjust small details after sample approval?
Minor adjustments are possible but may affect lead time. Major changes may require re-sampling. This may incur corresponding costs.

If I'm not satisfied with the sample?

• Material/finish changes at cost if it's a personal preference change

Can you provide 3D renderings before sampling?
Yes. We can. But it is not free, the charge depends on the design.

Can sample fees be deducted from the bulk order?
Yes. Sample fees can be partially or fully deducted depending on the order value. Deduction usually starts from 200 pcs order.

Why do you charge mold fees? Is it one-time?
Mold fees cover tooling, CNC programming, and structure development. Mold fees are one-time and reusable for future orders of the same design.
