Yes, we support full customization of the diamond setting design when your order meets the standard MOQ of 50 pieces per single style & single color. This includes adjusting the size, quantity and arrangement of the diamond accents, as well as customizing the dial background and marker style, to create an exclusive design for your brand.

What is the minimum order quantity for this 2-in-1 women's watch?
Our standard MOQ for this watch is strictly 50 pieces per single style per single color. Orders below 50 pieces are not accepted, and mixed colors or mixed styles to reach the MOQ are not supported.

What is the waterproof performance of this watch, and is it suitable for swimming?
This watch has a 3ATM (30 meters) waterproof rating, suitable for daily splashes, hand washing, and rain exposure. It is NOT suitable for swimming, diving, bathing, or long-time water contact, as water vapor and prolonged water immersion may damage the movement and diamond setting structure. We conduct waterproof testing for each watch before delivery.

What is the warranty policy for this customized women's watch?
We offer a 12-month manufacturing warranty for non-human caused defects, including movement malfunctions, assembly errors and workmanship issues. Misuse, accidental damage, and wear from improper use are excluded from the warranty. We also provide paid repair service for the watch after the warranty period expires.
