Warranty terms for defects?

We offer a 12-month manufacturing warranty for movement defects, assembly issues, or workmanship problems. Misuse or accidental damage are excluded. We offer a 10-year warranty. Within these 10 years, if any quality issues arise, you can send the product back to our warehouse in China for free repair. If new parts are needed, the cost will be calculated separately.

Is there a logo printing fee?

No separate logo fee for standard samples. For FOKSY’s existing models, the $100–$450 per unit sample price already includes logo customization.

What customization options do you offer?

FOKSY supports full customization:

• Submit a completely new design for production
• Modify existing designs (logo replacement or full dial redesign)
• Add your logo to the dial, case, case back, and buckle

What is the mass production price?

For FOKSY’s existing designs, mass production pricing typically ranges from $15–$45 per piece, based on Japanese quartz movements and stainless steel cases.
Final pricing depends on order quantity, customization details, and quality requirements, and is open to negotiation.

How does pricing/quotation work?

Sample cost depends on the model and logo type. For FOKSY’s current styles, prices range from $100–$450 per piece.
For fully custom designs, FOKSY will review your drawings and specifications before providing a quotation.

What is the complete process?

a. Select an existing design suitable for small orders, or submit your own design with detailed parameters.
b. Finalize your logo and any design adjustments.
c. Confirm pricing to ensure a mutually beneficial partnership.
d. Pay the deposit—FOKSY will confirm the order and start production immediately.
e. Receive real-time updates (photos/videos) during manufacturing.
f. Once samples or bulk production are ready, FOKSY will share detailed visuals for your approval, or arrange third-party inspection if needed.
g. After final payment, FOKSY ships directly to you or your designated forwarder.

What if the bulk color differs from sample?

If the difference exceeds acceptable tolerance, we will:

• Reproduce affected items, OR
• Provide partial refund/discount.
