We will fully resume normal business operations, including customer service, order processing, watch production, and shipping arrangements, on February 24, 2026 (Tuesday).

2. Service & Operation Reminders

During the holiday break, our daily business services will be temporarily suspended to allow our team to enjoy the festival. Here are key reminders to help you arrange your business smoothly:

• Customer Service & Inquiries: Our regular customer service team will be on holiday, so all inquiries, emails, online messages, and business consultations will be responded to with delays. We promise to carefully review every message, sort out all pending matters, and reply to you promptly and thoroughly once we return to work.
• Order Processing & Shipping: To avoid any delays affecting your order schedule, we strongly recommend that you place and confirm your watch orders in advance. All orders received during the holiday period will be sorted and processed in sequence immediately after we resume operations, ensuring the fastest possible production and shipping.
• Production Coordination: Our watch production facilities will also be closed during the holiday, so there will be no production progress updates during this period. We will catch up with the production schedule as soon as we return to ensure all orders are delivered on time as agreed.
