Is it possible to order 1–2 samples with my logo?
Yes. you can
- • Sample time: 40–70 days.
- • Sample cost depends on model and logo type. The cost range is 100-450usd/pc.

What is the MOQ for customizing your existing models?
Mostly, our standard ODM models require 50 pcs per model per color.

What is the MOQ for a new custom design?
Fully custom designs usually require 300–500 pcs or more depending on structure.

Do you support fully custom watch design based on references?
We only accept complete and clear designs (with drawings/specs). We do not accept vague ideas or conceptual descriptions without real design files. Because our designers cannot understand the client's precise meaning through communication in different languages, it's best for the client to provide design drafts. AI is very powerful now, and we can leverage its capabilities.

Can you make custom hands and indexes?
Yes. Custom hands, applied indexes, and luminous styles are available. MOQ varies depending on shape and finish. For special customization, mold fees will be incurred.

Can you do CNC machining for angular cases?
Yes. We support CNC machining for angular and multi-surface cases. Mold fee applies for new structures.

Payment terms?
- • 50% deposit before production
- • 50% balance before shipping.
Inspection photos/videos will be provided before the final balance payment.

Warranty terms for defects?
We offer a 12-month manufacturing warranty for movement defects, assembly issues, or workmanship problems. Misuse or accidental damage are excluded. We offer a 10-year warranty. Within these 10 years, if any quality issues arise, you can send the product back to our warehouse in China for free repair. If new parts are needed, the cost will be calculated separately.

If I send you boxes, can you do packing? How much?
Yes, we can pack your watches using your supplied boxes. Packing fee: 0.3–0.8 USD/pc depending on complexity. But now we do this service FREE.
