Can I adjust small details after sample approval?
Minor adjustments are possible but may affect lead time. Major changes may require re-sampling. This may incur corresponding costs.

If I'm not satisfied with the sample?
We offer:
• Free adjustments for mistakes on our side
• Material/finish changes at cost if it's a personal preference change

Can you provide 3D renderings before sampling?
Yes. We can. But it is not free, the charge depends on the design.

Can sample fees be deducted from the bulk order?
Yes. Sample fees can be partially or fully deducted depending on the order value. Deduction usually starts from 200 pcs order.

Why do you charge mold fees? Is it one-time?
Mold fees cover tooling, CNC programming, and structure development. Mold fees are one-time and reusable for future orders of the same design.

Can you show the production process?
Yes. Photos/videos of machining, assembly, and testing can be shared upon request.

Why is there color difference between the sample and design file?
Reasons include:
- • Printing limitations
- • Plating tolerance
- • Material absorption
- • Monitor vs real material differences
To minimize:
- • Provide Pantone code
- • Approve real material samples before production
- • Use high-accuracy plating factories (which we already do)

Can I request a catalog of your existing watch models?
Yes. We can provide a digital catalog including:
- • Classic stainless steel models
- • Fashion and minimalist designs

Do you provide CE/RoHS certifications for the EU market?
Yes. We provide CE, RoHS, reach and MSDS reports upon request.
